Gitá jewellery is set in Sterling Silver 925 industry standard. In order to maintain our jewellery to its best standard then we recommend you do not wear them whilst sleeping or in the shower as it may impact on longevity. All gold finished jewellery is coated in an extra layer to ensure durability and will not change colour when properly maintained.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail and will include a tracking number sent to you via email once your order is shipped. You will be liable for any customs charge related to your delivery.
We do not accept refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
You have 14 days from point of purchase to cancel your order. From the date of cancellation, you will have 14 days to return the product back to GITA in all its original packaging and in an un-used condition. You will liable to pay for delivery to send back to GITA, we recommend using tracked delivery to ensure your order gets back to us. GITA is not responsible if the order is missing in-transit and there is no tracking number and in these cases, it is your responsibility to contact your delivery service. From the date we receive the product, if we believe it is an acceptable condition in its ORIGINAL packaging then we will send you notice confirming the return has been accepted and a refund will be issued within 14 days. If the product has been used, damaged and not in its original packaging then it will be sent back to you. To request a refund or cancellation please email at info@gitajewellery.com stating your order number and reason for return, if acceptable you will be provided with a return address.
In the case of manufacturing faults please contact info@gitajewellery.com with your full name, email and images of the product fault. If the fault is due to the manufacturing and you have let us know within the 30-day period of ownership, then you will be issued a full refund of the product and standard delivery (express delivery not included).
Notification and acceptance of manufacturing faults after the 30-day period of ownerships will be subject to replacement or credit to your account which you can use at a later date.
